My name is Tiffany Velasquez. I am a small town, Oklahoma Girl, living life en el corazon de Texas. I am an Indigenous Woman, Chickasaw, Oglala Sioux, Mexican-American. I am a wonderful wife to a Salvadoran man and mindful mother of one girl and one boy. I was raised by a hard working, blue collar daddy and a not so typical, Mexican Momma. I'm the oldest of my siblings so naturally, I'm a leader, ambitious, nurturing and reliable. My middle brother is a Civil Engineer in the United States Air Force, currently stationed in Japan. My baby brother is living his life on the beautiful West Coast, working at an animal shelter and pursuing his education. My family brings me great pride and is my main focus in life. For the past 6 years, I have been a dedicated Stay at Home Momma. I am now stepping into a different role, of Entrepreneur and I am excited to offer you a variety of talents and services.

I am a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor trained under Amber Villanueva with 721Yoga. I began practicing Yoga when I was about 19 years old and have held my practice since then. Yoga has carried me gracefully pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, post-natal, through grief, in celebration, in healing and will continue to carry me through life. Yoga restores my body, mind and soul and is a beautiful gift I give to myself daily. It is a sacred practice and it is an honor to share it with others as a Yoga Teacher. As a Yoga Teacher I am privileged to offer Yoga and Meditation Coaching to meet the needs of individuals, groups, birthdays, parties, corporate events, grief, postpartum, and a great variety of wellness needs.

I am also training for my first stripes on my belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I began training in July of 2020 under Professor Hugo Lima and Patricia Marca out of Caya Martial Arts. All throughout childhood and growing up I have been involved in sports including, cheer, basketball, track, softball, volleyball, and soccer. Fitness, active lifestyle, health, wellness, and fun have always been passions and focuses of mine.

I am an artist, creative person and lifelong learner. Photography, styling, personal shopping, event planning, canvas art, painting, woodwork, drawing, cooking, baking, vinyl projects, enjoying every moment, yoga and art in all forms are all true joys in my life. I am looking forward to the beautiful opportunities that will arise and  to helping create meaningful memories in your life.
